Open the downloaded file. If your phone says Chrome is not allowed to install unknown apps, tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then go back.

Your phone may show Unsafe app blocked. Tap More details, then Install anyway.

Open CloudMess and enter the Mess Code your mess owner gave you.
Why does my phone warn me? CloudMess is not on the Play Store yet, so Android warns about any app installed from outside it. The warning is about where the file came from, not about the app.
